Kong Hey Fah Choy....Happy New Year in the Year of the Ox. Our first movie night has come and gone without blowing out any speakers or scarring anyone with our movie choice. Thank you to all that attended and for all of your helpful comments....many which we will be implementing. Our next feature will be Feb. 21 from 7-9pm and will have a Spanish flair.
A special thank you to Barb Keller and her group for allowing us to create a special dinner and pairings to our hearts content. I am not sure who had more fun, the chef or myself. We really love to entertain and use our imaginations.

Just curious: Which Chinese language is that? Almost looks like Cantonese but would usually be "Kung Hei Fat Choi" in the most common romanizations.
